Our center of excellence provides state of the art medical and surgical treatment of pediatric eye disorders in a caring environment where the child always comes first. We have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of adults and children with strabismus (eye muscle problems) and are pioneering minimally invasive surgical techniques. Other areas of excellence include the treatment of general pediatric eye problems including prescribing and dispensing glasses, surgical treatment of pediatric cataracts, surgical treatment of ptosis, and tearing (NLD obstruction).
Our optical is stocked with a wide range of frames and lenses, as well as other optical products that can help a child successfully wear and enjoy his or her glasses. Corinne, our optician, has over 15 years experience as a dispensing optician. She has a very special connection with the practice and the patients, as her daughter has been followed by Dr. Wright for the past couple of years.
In addition to glasses, we also fit and dispense contact lenses to children. Many contact lenses we prescribe are in stock, and we can often get others overnight.
